My mission is to guide people to discover the potential of their own self-healing system.
I practise Jikiden Reiki, directly handed down. I am one of the very few official teachers in Italy accredited by the International Jikiden Reiki Association in Kyoto.

About me
I have practised Reiki since 2004. In 2016 my search for authenticity and consistency led me to Jikiden Reiki, the original, direct teaching handed down by Usui and Hayashi in the 1930s. I am a Shihan, a certified teacher, and I run training seminars on behalf of the Jikiden Reiki Institute in Kyoto. Today I work between Italy and England, with treatments in person and at a distance.

Treatments
My treatments
I guide the people who come to me on a journey of discovery and connection with their inner essence.

Jikiden Reiki
I place my hands directly on the person, who stays clothed and relaxed, usually on a treatment couch. When I treat the head I use a tenugui, a cotton cloth, to cover the eyes. A session lasts from 45 to 90 minutes.

Energy rebalancing
It helps release the energetic ties to present and past relationships that, without our noticing, influence our life. It transforms emotional stress and brings back a state of inner peace, leaving room for intuition and creativity.

Distance treatment (ENKAKU REIKI)
A technique of Japanese origin, a great help when we cannot meet in person. The session lasts 30, 60 or 90 minutes, during which I connect energetically with the person.
The healing process is a personal and unique journey that unfolds through one's present and past experiences.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a very simple therapy carried out by placing the hands, with the aim of stimulating the natural process of self-healing and promoting recovery at every level. The original name used to express the concept of Reiki was SHIN SHIN KAIZEN USUI REIKI RYOHO, that is, Usui's Reiki therapy for the improvement of body and mind. Founded and developed by Mikao Usui in 1922, it is a form of treatment that can be used safely in any state or condition.
What is Jikiden Reiki?
There are many styles of Reiki. What sets Jikiden Reiki apart are the original Japanese teachings and techniques, which keep a simple, substantial style firmly rooted in the practical side of the technique. Sessions are fully personalised, and this makes them more effective. Jikiden Reiki has no Western influence and can be considered Reiki in its most complete and authentic Japanese form. Jikiden means "directly handed down": it is passed on and practised exactly as it was in the 1920s by its founder and his students. One of the most promising, Dr Chujiro Hayashi, set up a Reiki centre in Tokyo and taught the practice to many people. Among them was a very young Chiyoko Yamaguchi. Chiyoko Yamaguchi practised Reiki all her life, helping a great many people: 65 years of daily experience. In the last years of her life, she and her son Tadao decided to found the official Jikiden Reiki Institute and to teach people in Japan and the rest of the world what she had learned directly from Dr Hayashi in the 1930s.
What is the difference between Usui Reiki and Jikiden Reiki?
Jikiden Reiki is known for its simplicity and its focus on physical healing, while Western Usui Reiki offers a fuller system of techniques and symbols aimed at spiritual growth and empowerment. Practitioners can benefit from both forms or from one of the two, depending on their needs and interests.
Are Reiki treatments safe?
Treatments are absolutely safe. I simply place my hands on the receiver, who stays fully clothed, focusing the energy on the areas where it is most needed. Reiki supports the natural mechanism of self-healing and promotes deep relaxation. I do not make diagnoses. If there are worrying symptoms, it is advisable to see a doctor. I do not prescribe anything and I do not change any therapy you are following.
What will I feel during a treatment?
The experience of Reiki is unique for everyone. Most people find it enormously relaxing and report a deep sense of well-being. This feeling of inner calm often lasts long after the session has ended. Reiki is usually felt as a gentle, calming experience, and many people feel full of energy after a session.
How long does a treatment last?
A Reiki session can last from 45 to 90 minutes. Reiki therapy is a healing process: a course of treatments is usually recommended to support deeper healing. The first step is to try a session.
How can Reiki help me?
Reiki can give emotional support to face life's challenges better. It promotes greater balance in the body and creates a feeling of being centred. It offers a sense of calm and peace, useful in times of great stress or when facing long-term health challenges. People turn to Reiki in a wide variety of situations. The most common: when they need to relax, to help sleep, and to handle the difficulties of life and work more easily. In times of great emotional stress Reiki is particularly beneficial, as in periods of grief and for those going through emotional trauma. It is also believed to help the body's natural ability to heal when challenges arise. Many people describe life as simply "easier to manage" when they receive Reiki.
Can I receive Reiki treatments at a distance?
Yes, you can receive Reiki through a distance treatment if you cannot be present in person.
Can Jikiden Reiki help with psychological problems or addictions?
Yes, there is a specific kind of treatment that can be used to help people with addictions such as smoking, alcohol or eating too much sugar. This method can also help those who suffer from anxiety or panic attacks, or who want to overcome a habit: for example when a person cannot stop being overly critical, stubborn or impatient, or when extreme anger comes up in certain circumstances. The treatment helps calm the problem, but it also brings to light what is causing it. Physical Reiki, together with the psychological method, helps the person face and let go of what causes the problem.
